These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are entered into by you and Apple Europe Ltd and govern your holding and use of a Ticket and your attendance at the Event. Please read them carefully. By applying for, accepting or using a Ticket, or by entering the Venue, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Event Organiser” means Apple Europe Ltd and/or the organisation with which You enter into this agreement. “We”, “us” or “our” shall be read accordingly.
“You” means You as the holder of this Ticket. “Your” shall be read accordingly.
“Event” means the Event as stated on Your Ticket.
“Ticket” means any ticket You use to gain entrance to the Event.
“Venue” means the venue where the Event is held.
2. Tickets and admission
All applicants for Tickets acknowledge and agree that Tickets, as well as admission to the Event, shall be granted in the Event Organiser’s sole discretion. Tickets are issued in digital (mobile) form only. You must present a valid digital Ticket on a charged, working mobile device for entry. Screenshots, photographs and printed copies are not accepted. The Ticket is only valid for the date and times stated on it. The Ticket admits entry for the number of persons as stated on the Ticket. The named holder of the Ticket remains responsible for compliance with these Terms by all persons stated on the Ticket.
3. ID and age requirements
ID checks will be carried out upon entry to the Event to ensure the name of the Ticket holder matches that of the ID. Named holders of the Ticket must be aged 18 years or older. Only government-issued photo IDs are acceptable (e.g., passport, UK photocard driving licence or PASS-accredited card with hologram).
Attendees must be aged 14 years or over, unless a different age is indicated by the Event Organiser. Any attendee under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 years or older. We may require proof of age. We may refuse entry where we are unable to verify identity or age.
4. Resale and transfer
Tickets are personal to You and not for resale. Any ticket sold or advertised in breach of this clause may be cancelled without refund, and the holder refused entry.
5. Entry, capacity and security
Entry will be restricted or temporarily held when the Venue reaches capacity, after which there will be no more admissions. Readmission is not permitted. Your Ticket, wristband, laminate or other form of event credentials (“Event Credentials”) may be invalidated if any portion has been removed, altered, or defaced. You must keep your Event Credentials on You at all times and are solely responsible for their safekeeping. We, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person behaving in a manner that is, in our reasonable opinion, dangerous, threatening, abusive or otherwise inappropriate, or who is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse entry and to eject anyone from the Event, without limitation, for safety and health reasons. We reserve the right to conduct security searches of You and Your belongings and to refuse admission to You, or eject You from the Venue, should You refuse to comply with such security measures. We reserve the right to confiscate any item, which, in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger, nuisance or disruption at the Event. The following items may not be brought into the Venue: weapons or sharp objects; illegal substances; glass containers; flares; fireworks and pyrotechnics; large bags or luggage; professional recording equipment (see clause 8); and any other item we reasonably consider unsafe or prohibited. Additional prohibited items may be specified in the FAQs for the Event, displayed on signage at the Venue or otherwise notified to you in advance of or upon arrival the Venue.
6. Safety, security, and emergency procedures
You must comply with all instructions given by Venue staff, security and stewards, including any directions relating to evacuation, invacuation, lockdown or other safety, emergency or security procedures. Special effects including but not limited to strobe lighting, smoke effects and pyrotechnics may be used during the Event. Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to Your hearing.

8. Recording and filming
You cannot use professional equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or any other means) any audio, visual, or audio/visual material or any information or data inside any Venue, and You shall not bring such equipment into the Venue. You are not permitted to make audio or audio/visual recordings of the Event.
The Venue is an active production site and is being recorded, filmed and photographed by the Event Organiser or on its behalf by its affiliates, licensees, agents, subcontractors, sponsors, successors, partners and assigns for global streaming (whether live or on-demand), broadcast, recording and distribution, and may also form part of a television program. By entering and remaining on the premises, you irrevocably grant Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, agents, subcontractors, sponsors, successors, media partners and assigns, the right to film, stream, photograph and video record you, your likeness and your voice, and to license, assign and/or use the same in any manner and/or media, including, in the stream and recording and the unrestricted transmission, for commercial and promotional purposes, of all or any part of the recording. 9. Event changes
The Event Organiser makes no warranty with respect to the appearance of specified artists at the Event, and will not be liable if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Event is postponed or cancelled or if the program is changed.
10. Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation costs, and for your personal belongings while at the Venue. We are not liable for loss of or damage to belongings except to the extent caused by our negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
11. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. It is Your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
