Accessibility is a core value at Apple, and we want everyone to enjoy their experience at Apple Music Hall. Here is the accessibility information to help you plan your visit.
Getting to the Venue and Entering
Location: Apple Music Hall is located on levels 2 and 3 of Battersea Power Station.
Entrance: The main entrance is at the north entrance on the upper ground floor of Battersea Power Station. Navigate to the front of the line for accessible entry. After ticketing and security checks, you’ll take a lift to enter the venue.
Drop-off: Taxis and ride-shares can drop you off on Circus Road West. There is step-free access from Circus Road West to the north entrance.
Underground Station: The nearest underground station is Battersea Power Station on the Northern Line. You’ll need to take one of the two accessible entry and exit points. The distance between Battersea Power Station Underground Station and Apple Music Hall is approximately 450 metres. There is step-free access from the station to the venue.
Parking: There are 45 dedicated Blue Badge parking spaces in the Circus West Village and Electric Boulevard underground car parks. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are charged at standard rates.
Inside the Venue
Accessible Viewing: Wheelchair-accessible viewing areas are located on three levels. You can reach these areas using ramps and a lift inside the venue. Seats equipped with transfer armrests are available in rows B, D, K and Q (note: rows B and D are not available for shows with general admission standing).
Bathrooms and Bars: Accessible toilets are available on level 2. Bars feature low counters for access.
Assistance Dog: A rest area for assistance dogs is available on the terrace on request. Please speak to a member of the accessibility team at the event to use this space.
Medical Requirements: We welcome guests who need to bring medicines and medical equipment.

When purchasing tickets for events, please purchase general admission tickets through the DICE platform. If a companion ticket is needed, first complete your general admission ticket purchase and contact the DICE fan support team to request an additional companion ticket free of charge.
